Bose is pleased to offer the ElectroForce 3100 test instrument, configured for materials and biomaterials testing. Due to its exceptional control resolution, this instrument sets new standards in precision testing and is well-suited for a wide variety of materials testing, including DMA, tissue mechanics and medical device development.
ElectroForce 3200 test instruments are rated to 450N (100 lbs) and perform precision materials tests including tension/compression, axial-torsion, multi-axial loading, fatigue and dynamic materials characterization. They provide superior flexibility and precision for dynamic testing of micro-electronics, biomaterials, tissue engineered medical devices, foods, elastomers and other engineered materials.
ElectroForce 3330 test instruments are well suited for long-term durability studies. They provide 100 Hz performance, a load envelope of ±3000 N and versatility for a variety of fatigue test applications. The ElectroForce 3330 instrument is available as a table-top configuration or floor standing model.
ElectroForce 3510 test instruments are rated to 7.5 kN (1,685 lbs) and were designed to perform higher force tests with superior precision and durability. With a linear motor installed in the crosshead, they are well-suited for applications requiring a bath. They can be used for testing orthopaedic materials and implants, engineered materials, automotive and aerospace components, and consumer products.
ElectroForce 3520 and 3550 test instruments provide exceptional fidelity, precision and versatility for a variety of higher-force test applications. Our newest high-force package, the ElectroForce 3520 test instrument, features 7.5 kN dynamic force capability in a baseplate-mounted configuration. The 3550 instrument, rated at 15 kN (3,370 lbs), is the proper choice for high-force fatigue and durability test applications, including engine mounts and shock absorbers, elastomeric components, and consumer products.
The TestBench line of test instruments provide a modular approach for a broad range of test applications. They were designed with component testing in mind, and a wide array of configurations and performance capabilities are possible.
Control for the ElectroForce instruments is provided by the WinTest® digital control system. WinTest's intuitive design enables the user to quickly setup complex test routines with minimal training. Its flexible hardware and software platform allows for multiple axes, sensors and test chambers that can be used when designing elaborate test applications.
